Wow!!!

This is a truly remarkable series. As you know, this is book 4 in the series and its how Scot and Jamie came to be friends, lovers, soulmates, enemies at times, so many things to each other. I believe the burb said this could be a stand alone book If read first instead of fourth but idk how anyone could read this and not want to read the rest of this beautiful but heartbreaking story. It's hard for me to give reviews without adding spoilers bk when a book grabs me as this story has, I just become very passionate about sharing it. I love Scot and my heart breaks for him bk he loves Jamie so much that he would do anything for him. Jamie loves him too but he has some painful moments from his past that won't allow him to love as he wants too. They have amazing chemistry together and their sexual escapades are beyond explosive and they have many. Some are loving and beautiful and some are angry and hurtful. They always come back to each other bk no one needs them like they need each other. If you love this genre of writing and you want to be wrapped up in a truly brilliant story then I cannot stress enough about reading The Hidden Series. Nicole Colville has really outdone herself with this story and IMO is an outstanding author. Everyone should take the time for themselves to read this series and see why she is such a brilliant author. I have read the first 3 books and I can honestly say idk if I would want to read this one 1st instead of 4th bk while reading thru some of their heartbreaking moments I still knew about some of their future. Yes there are still a few more books in the series that are not out yet so we still don't know what will happen or how it will turn out. There are more characters to take into consideration for the outcome, but I feel certain it will be the best for everybody or so I hope lol. I feel like I know these guys personally and I am invested in their future. To me, that is what makes a good story into an awesome story bk I feel it inside. You won't go wrong purchasing this series. I think you will be truly amazed with this author. I have a few really great authors that I would buy their books without even reading the burb for it. Nicole has pushed those authors down the list and is sitting at the top. You should be really proud Nicole of you work bk you and this story shine.

Sometimes love just isn't enough

Another triumph from Nicola Colville. I started reading this with a very fixed view on the two main characters Scot Victore and Jamie Burton.
For those who have read the series, you will already know these two are like oil and water, they just don't mix, despite their overwhelming chemistry and obvious sexual attraction to one another, but did you ever wonder how it came to be this way? Well, in Hidden Love, you will get those answers. For those who haven't read the series, it could be be wonderful place to start, so see a love and attract that burns so hot between them that it almost makes their worlds implode.
Having started with Book one, I was eager to see what brought them to the point we leave them in after finishing book three.
Their relationship is far from easy, but the love they feel for each other in palapble, and I went from disliking Scot, thinking he was uncaring and selfish, to feeling for him, wanting take him in my arms and make everything alright. Jamie made my heart ache, when secrets from his past were revealed and ultimately broke him and Scot apart.
I have a whole newfound appreciation and love for Scot that I didn't have before, so thank you for that.
Early mornings, dashing out of the door later and later to get to work and staying up late at night to read, the Hidden Series has my attention and certainly has me hooked.

Amazing..amazing read!

Oh my goodness! Where do I begin?!? I am the type of reader who gets pulled into what I am reading...emotions in the books flit across my face as I read them. This book, is the first I have read from the Hidden series. I wasn't just pulled into the story, I was yanked violently inside like an undertow sucking you under the ocean! The depth & turbulence of the emotions in this book...the conflict of Jamie & Scot's relationship...it would become so overwhelming I would need a break to process it all. Usually, a book will take me 3-4 days MAX....the rollercoaster of emotion in Hidden Love, overwhelmed me so much, it took me twice that to get through it. I LOVED it! The epilogue was so brutally heartbreaking to read (I was listening on my Kindle...at work)....my heart stopped beating, my breath caught, I was frozen in my seat for several beats. I still get chills and an ache in my heart recalling it.
